Entrepreneurs - Active Funding Companies with Due Diligence & Term Sheets​

Are you interested in participating in one or more of the Investor Summit Series Events?

Each Summit is designed to highlight up to 10 actively funding companies in any of the popular investment silos, i.e., Life Sciences, Technology, Consumer Products, Cleantech-EV, Energy, etc., and requires that you have the appropriate investor documents available.  Participation is limited to companies opening or actively raising late-seed or Series A-B rounds in the $500,000 - $15,000,000 size, preferably in Equity offerings.  As part of the event, we provide a secure cloud folder for your documents so that you can share them with potential investors.  By completing the online K4-MST Dealum application, a 2-page executive summary of your opportunity will be included in the Summit Handout, and professional presentation coaching is offered as part of your participation.  Please enter Dealum Entrepreneur application at: https://K4mase.com/DEALUM-APP

Your lead investor or funding group should be actively involved in your funding process and will join you in attending and promoting you at the Summit Events.  There is a fee to participate in these presentation sessions to help defray the cost of these events.  Once you have submitted your application we will contact you with the details.

Startup Showcase - Early-stage Dragon Den Event for Regional Startups

Each Summit Series Event also offers a Startup Showcase for up to 10 companies as part of the educational side of the activities, and presentation slots are offered to students, faculty, & alumni of universities in the ecosystem, as well as companies that are working with local incubators, accelerators, and start-up focused angel groups.  Companies with open pre-seed or early seed funding rounds, preferably in the $50,000 - $500,000 minimum size are welcome as well.  This session of the event, along with entrepreneur-focused education sessions are free to attend, but advance registration is required.  Apply to the Startup Showcase below.
